David Halloran has been a life-long fan of magazines, with Transworld Skateboarding and National Geographic inspiring him to pursue photojournalism, and later design. Currently, he is the creative director for Midwest Luxury Publishing, as well as doing freelance designer, photography and writing. Before working with Midwest, he was the photo editor for Ink Publishing, working on American Airline’s three in-flight magazines, as well as occasionally writing and shooting for the publications. These opportunities led him to photograph moose in Maine, drive Maseratis in the snow outside of Aspen and direct photo shoots with celebrities like Jada Pinkett Smith and Marshawn Lynch.
