Taryn Dufault is an experienced creative director with over two decades worth of experience in design and marketing. She is passionate about editorial design, having worked in the industry with city and regional titles including Vancouver Magazine and Western Living, and national titles including Canadian Business and Moneysense. She is currently in freelance mode, living and working out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Robert Newman is the former design director of New York, Details, Fortune, The Village Voice, Entertainment Weekly, and Vibe, and the former creative director of Real Simple, Reader's Digest, and This Old House magazines. As a consulting creative director he helped shaped the visual direction of print and digital projects for AARP, Cottage Living, Fast Company, Inc., AAA, TV Guide, and numerous other brands. Paige WeirArt Director, Designer, Stylist

Originally from western Canada, Paige has lived in Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, and now resides in Timmins, Ontario with her husband, daughter and two large, extremely hairy dogs. Paige has multiple creative disciplines - from room set, product, cosmetics and wardrobe styling to event decorating, merchandising and display, graphic design and art direction. Paige loves, above all else, to be organized. Paige’s styling career saw her working for clients like Holt Renfrew, Loblaws, Rexall, HBC, Canadian Tire, Fashion Magazine, Chatelaine, Shopper’s Drug Mart, LCBO, and more. Experience with room set design and propping serves as the basis for her ability to organize, decorate, or stage any space to make it look incredible. Paige has 20 years experience in graphic design and has been art director on numerous publications including Avenue Edmonton and Alberta Oil magazine and has created new publications for clients like Canadian Blood Services and the University of Alberta among others. Her clients include Canada Nickel Company, Afexa Life Sciences, Sears Canada, Wind Mobile, and design projects include corporate publications, annual reports, websites, and marketing materials. She has won awards for art direction and honourable mentions as a contributor on numerous team projects. Anthony Licata is an editor, writer, and communication consultant based out of Bozeman, Montana. Over a 20-plus career in media, Anthony has served as Editorial Director or Editor-in-Chief for a variety of lifestyle and enthusiast publications, both print and digital, including: Field & Stream, Popular Science, Saveur, Outdoor Life, Meateater, Wide Open Roads, and CycleWorld. As Editor-in-Chief of Field & Stream, he twice won the National Magazine Award for General Excellence.

Jessica Giles

Jessica Giles is a lifestyle writer and editor living in the Sunshine State. She currently serves as the deputy editor of Flamingo magazine, where she writes stories about Florida and its people, manages the website and edits content from a collection of talented freelancers. Her work has appeared in Garden & Gun, Runner's World, Dance Magazine and more.

Kat Tancock

Kat Tancock is a writer, editor and content strategist based in British Columbia. She is co-founder and co-editor of nature-focused Rewilding Magazine and of Workshop, a small business magazine for makers and creators in Canada. Kat’s magazine-world work history includes editorial jobs at Reader’s Digest, Best Health, Food & Drink and Canadian Living. A specialist in digital content, she’s created award-winning social media accounts, newsletters that deliver clicks (and revenue) and websites that keep readers coming back for more. As a freelance writer she's covered travel, food, business, health and environmental topics (among others) for publications including Chatelaine, The Globe and Mail, Canadian Business, Westjet Magazine and the San Francisco Chronicle. And as co-founder of content marketing agency Tavanberg, she developed print and digital magazines, social posts and other kinds of creative content for clients such as Sobeys, RBC Ventures and United Way Greater Toronto.
