Taryn Dufault
Taryn Dufault is an experienced creative director with over two decades worth of experience in design and marketing. She is passionate about editorial design, having worked in the industry with city and regional titles including Vancouver Magazine and Western Living, and national titles including Canadian Business and Moneysense. She is currently in freelance mode, living and working out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Robert Newman
Robert Newman has been the lead visual and design creative for a wide variety of magazines and newspapers, including Entertainment Weekly, The Village Voice, Details, New York, Vibe, Real Simple, Fortune, Reader's Digest, Cottage Living, AARP the Magazine, and Fortune. He has also been a consultant, working with print, digital, and web teams for Newsweek, O, Fast Company, Inc., TV Guide, and more. Most recently he was creative director for This Old House Ventures. Robert has been based in Washington, DC, Seattle, Birmingham, and Stamford, Connecticut, and is currently living and working on the Upper West Side in New York City. He grew up outside of Buffalo, and has previously worked as a printer, paste-up artist, political organizer, and magazine editor.
Paige Weir
Paige Weir has multiple creative disciplines -- from room set, product and wardrobe styling, to event decorating, home staging, graphic design and art direction. Paige’s styling career saw her working for clients like Holt Renfrew, Loblaws, Rexall, HBC, Canadian Tire, Fashion Magazine, Chatelaine, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, and more. Paige has 20+ years experience in design and has been art director on numerous publications including Avenue Edmonton and Alberta Oil magazine and has created new publications for clients like Canadian Blood Services and the University of Alberta among others. Her clients include Afexa Life Sciences, Sears Canada, Wind Mobile, and her design projects include corporate publications, annual reports, websites, and marketing materials. She has won awards for art direction and honourable mentions as a contributor on numerous team projects. Paige paints, draws and does macrame, has a kid, two dogs and a loving husband, is currently studying for her real estate license and is a location scout for the film industry in Northern Ontario.
